You can delete your data from Ainomiq Reply at any time. This page explains exactly how, in line with GDPR's right to erasure.
Delete your knowledge and connection
Sign in and open Settings. There you can delete your knowledge base and disconnect your WhatsApp number. Removing the connection deletes the encrypted access token we hold for it.
Delete conversation data
In Settings, use the "Delete my data" action to erase the conversations, messages, and handoff records stored for your business. This is immediate and cannot be undone. You can also email privacy@ainomiq.com and we will action the request.
Delete your whole account
The "Delete account" action in Settings removes your business, all its users, knowledge, conversations, and connection in one step. Once confirmed, the account and its data are permanently removed.
Timeline
In-app deletions take effect immediately. Requests sent by email are completed within 30 days. Deleting your whole account also removes the administrative audit logs we keep for security. Routine backups are rotated within 30 days, after which deleted data is no longer recoverable.
